The firm has broadened its exeprtise into retail, warehouse/flex, multifamily, and self-storage and has established itself as a reputable commercial real estate and development company with more than 6 million square feet throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Dilweg was in need of new marketing communications that would deliver a stronger image of themselves to clients, and support the company’s success and growth.
Solution
The first touch-point that needed to be redesigned was the company’s key avenue of marketing communication, the website, since it was lacking the necessary corporate outlook and was harming the company’s image. Then, we carried the design strategy over to the print communication to support the online presence.
